Educational Background: Satish has both Bachelor’s & Master’s degree of Science in Accounting from the University of Mumbai, India. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Society of Accountants.
Minal Shah, CPA, Principal/Partner
Minal manages the firm’s tax practice, including corporate and individual taxes, with an emphasis on closely-held businesses and healthcare industries.
Educational Background: Minal has both Bachelor’s & Master’s degree of Accounting from South Gujarat University, India. She is a member of the Maryland Society of Accountants.
Anila Shah, Senior Accountant
Anila works as senior accountant. She specializes in monthly accounting, preparing financial statements and preparing corporation & Individual tax returns. Anila is also in charge of setting up new businesses with incorporations or organizations, helping businesses register in new states and jurisdictions, and closing businesses that are already registered.
Educational Background: Anila has a Bachelor’s of Commerce degree with major in Accounting & Auditing from University of Mumbai, India. She is a member of American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
Sangeeta Seth, Administrative Assistant
